3 - SUSTAINIS - water use on Mediterranean islands
---------------------------------------
The Advanced Study Course SUSTAINIS was successfully
carried out in Agia Napa, Cyprus in September/October 2003.
The course, funded by the European Commission, provided
graduate students from 12 European countries and from
engineering, the natural and the social sciences,
with an introduction into sustainable water use and
integrated water management practices on Mediterranean
islands. A summary of the outcome of the course is
available in English and German.
