Jeffrey Melkonian invites colleagues to learn more about
the GLOBE program, (Global Learning and Observations to
Benefit the Environment) co-funded by NASA and NSF.
The GLOBE program enlists primary and secondary schools
in an effort to increase understanding of the environment,
and particularly the interactions among various processes
that make up the environment among K-12 students.
